Four Seasons Yard · Android · com.appsdevs.fourseasonsyard

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Four Seasons Yard, provided by Apps & Devs S.R.L. (“we”, “us”), handles information when you play the Android game. It describes version 0.1.0 and its current features.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

The provider is Apps & Devs S.R.L. For privacy questions or requests, contact office@appsdevs.ro and mention “Four Seasons Yard”. Our website is appsdevs.ro.

This policy applies to Four Seasons Yard, not automatically to every application we may publish. Each application’s policy is listed in our app privacy directory.

2. Game progress kept on your device

The game does not require an account with us and does not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.

  • Progress: your level, coins, purchased tools and their condition, houses, decorations, helpers, daily jobs and gifts, tutorial status and progress on unfinished jobs are saved locally on your device.
  • Settings: music and sound preferences are saved locally. The game language follows your device’s system language.
  • Ad limits: to keep optional rewarded ads within daily limits, the game stores locally how many offers you used and when.
  • Vibration: the game may use the device’s vibration as gameplay feedback; this does not collect data.

We do not upload your game progress to an Apps & Devs server, and the game has no cloud saves or leaderboards.

3. Google AdMob advertising

Four Seasons Yard uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for two kinds of ads, without banners:

  • Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one, for example to double the coins from a job or a daily gift, receive free coins or try a better tool. They are limited per day.
  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads may appear when you leave a finished job, only after the first few jobs and not more often than the game’s pacing limits allow.

Google’s SDK can collect and share the device’s IP address, advertising or other device identifiers, ad/app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. An IP address may be used to infer an approximate location. These data support advertising, measurement and fraud prevention; processing depends on the SDK, available identifiers, settings and applicable consent choices.

We do not supply your game progress to advertising providers beyond what the SDK observes while showing an ad.

The game integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) and asks for advertising privacy choices where required, for example in the EU/EEA and the UK, before ads are requested. When a consent form is shown, it describes the available purposes and choices. Android settings also let you manage or delete your advertising ID; this is separate from the choices in a consent form. Contact us if you need help with privacy choices.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures for details.

4. Unity engine diagnostics

The game is built with the Unity engine by Unity Technologies. The engine may send limited technical diagnostic information to Unity, such as crash and error reports, device model, operating system version and engine version, to help maintain engine stability. This information is not used by us for advertising. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

5. Device access

Internet access is used for advertising and engine diagnostics. The advertising SDK also includes permissions for the advertising identifier and Android ad services. The game may use vibration. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or location.

6. Retention and deletion

Game progress and settings remain on the device until you remove them through Android’s app storage controls. Clearing app storage deletes them permanently; uninstalling normally removes local game data, subject to Android backup and restore settings. Advertising components may separately keep SDK settings and consent information on the device.

Google and Unity determine retention of the data they process as described in their policies, including Google’s retention information. We do not maintain a copy of Google’s individual advertising records.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that correspondence to respond and retain it for handling the request and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence we hold, subject to those obligations.

7. Security and data transfers

Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected data in transit using TLS. Game data stays on the device and is protected by Android’s app sandbox. No internet transmission or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Google and Unity may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their published policies explain the safeguards and processing locations applicable to their services.

8. Purposes, choices and privacy rights

We process information to provide the game and to respond to support inquiries. Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies, the relevant bases may include providing the requested service, legitimate interests in support, security and engine stability, and consent for advertising processing where required. Google and Unity describe their own purposes and legal bases in their privacy notices.

Depending on the law that applies and the information we hold, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Write to office@appsdevs.ro. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, and cannot delete records held solely by Google or Unity.

You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the ANSPDCP. Four Seasons Yard has no developer-hosted player accounts to delete.

9. Children and changes to this policy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request and address information within our control.

We will update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. New permissions, integrations, in-app purchases or account features may require additional disclosures before release.
